The church needs your help so we can secure your spot to go on one of these trips.  The next payment for the trips will not be until Jan 2012, so there will be plenty of time to save up money for the next due date.  However, we ask for your cooperation in this to help our church be good stewards of what God has blessed us with.

High School:   Toronto, Ontario, Canada

July 7th – 13th, 2012.  We will again be partnering with YouthWorks!  This time we will be north of the border working in the big city of Toronto.  Our ministry will be very “relational” in manner and there will be many opportunities to shine the light and hope of Christ everywhere we go.

As the largest city in Canada, Toronto is truly a global city. It is an urban center with a diverse economy and population. Visitors enjoy visiting the local parks, farmer’s markets and festivals, as well as exploring Toronto’s arts and cultural attractions. While the city prides itself in a strong economy, not all residents are enjoying prosperity. Our group will share the love of Jesus and serve Toronto residents by partnering with local homeless shelters, children’s ministries, food banks and senior centers.

The trip will be a cost of $350.  That is a whopping $300 discount from last years trip to PR!  Passports will be required.  We plan on stopping at Niagara Falls on the way north.  Get your deposit in quick!

Middle School:   Cincinatti, Ohio, USA

July 28th – Aug 3rd.  The middle school missiontrippers will also be partnering with YouthWorks for the first time ever.  The site in Cincinatti will be a middle school only site, so we won’t  have to worry about those weird high schoolers getting into our way!

The vibrant city of Cincinnati, located in the Ohio River Valley, is a mix of old-town charm and innovative, high-tech business development. Despite its progressive economic development, Cincinnati’s diverse population faces many challenges, such as intense poverty. Our group will minister to children, the elderly, and homeless residents of this great city.

The trip will be a cost of $325.  We will be stopping for a night on the way to Cincy, so be prepared for a road-trip extraordinaire!
